We are recruiting to two key positions within our Corporate Leadership Team: Service Director – Property and Service Director – People, Culture & Traded Services.

While these roles are very different in focus, they are united by a common purpose: helping Kirklees deliver on its vision of combining a strong, sustainable economy with a great quality of life for everyone who lives, works and invests here.

As Service Director – Property, you will lead a significant and diverse portfolio at the heart of our placemaking ambitions. From shaping the future of our corporate estate and asset base to supporting housing growth and investment across the borough, this is an opportunity to influence how Kirklees develops for years to come.

As Service Director – People, Culture & Traded Services, you will lead a portfolio that combines strategic people leadership with a range of important council services. This is a unique opportunity to help us build a resilient, high-performing organisation while ensuring our people, culture and services are equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities ahead.
